I found Justin and the team over a year ago to fix a water softener…I won’t use anyone else. His team came by to install a toilet and run a gas line for me. Great professional courteous team with even washed down my walkways when done. Amazing job!!

We had RA Nichols convert our oil heating system to gas. Anthony selected a ‘combi’ type boiler which allowed us to eliminate the hot water heater as well. The unit is very quiet and the plumbing job is a work of art – very clean and organized. Justin and his team did a fantastic job on the installation, and it took less than a full day. Everyone was courteous and I could tell they were all experienced at their craft. Even made sure a problem with heating to the 3rd-floor radiators was corrected. No increase in price for this or anything from the original quote which was quite reasonable. The job site was cleaner than before the work started. Anthony and Nick did a great job on a complicated HVAC installation. They were diligent and professional. Best of all they were able to finish in time for us to have a comfortable Thanksgiving! Highly recommended.

They replaced an air conditioning unit in 2020 and fixed an outside water faucet problem on June 20, 2022. They are the only plumbing company I would use. Good value. Great work ethic. Called on them once again for A/C that died. They were prompt, and fast, and gave great service for a reasonable price.

In my experience, it’s a great business that has always been honest, reasonably priced, and responsive to us. We’ve used them a number of times and they’ve always stood by their work. They made every effort to help get the best for us, and Anthony even reached out himself to make sure we got what we needed/wanted (including the financing). This time, however, it was even more appreciated because I was traveling out of the country. They made sure my family was taken care of while I was unable. Thank you, Nick and all!

I would highly recommend this company. From the beginning, they were very responsive. I was able to set up a technician to come out the following day. Communication was great; a confirmation email was sent the night before, and a text message was sent when the technician was on his way to the house. Nick was the technician who showed up and was very knowledgeable. He provided a solution to our hot water heater back drafting into the house, as well as insights into other issues we were unaware of. The steps to correct these issues were explained in an easily understandable manner and the reason they would need to be corrected. The work was completed in a timely manner and the site was cleaned thoroughly.
