If I could give these guys a hundred stars I would. We had a highly rated company in Jersey come out to retrieve a snake that I got stuck trying to do it myself instead of hiring a pro. This other company said that I had broken a pipe they needed to excavate next to the house break through the foundation into the crawl space excavate out of the crawl space then retrieve this broken snake then repair the pipes and it was going to cost between $6,000 and another company not verifying it said probably closer to $11,000. Sean and Al, these two heroes came out from R.A. Nichols and in less than an hour maybe even a half, discovered that I only knocked a cap off of a pipe and were able to retrieve the snake and cap the pipe and save us literally thousands upon thousands of dollars. Of course we’re signing up for their home maintenance protection and will only use these guys and if anyone is considering using anyone other than R.A. Nichols they have to have their head examined. These are true professionals. Thank you Justin, thank you Al, thank you Sean, you guys are literally our heroes. God Bless you.

The HVAC Technicians and Plumbers were extremely polite and courteous. They completed the installation of my new HVAC and Hot water Heater and it works perfectly. I most strongly recommend RA Nichols P & H. They are the best.

Our HVAC wasn’t engaging the heat. A competitor came and recommended replacing the electric board. Nik from RA Nichols came on time and was able to troubleshoot both the thermostat and the system to find the problem and point out issues with the previous service provided. RA Nichols came highly recommended and did not disappoint! Will go with these guys every time in the future. Thank you!

These guys were awesome. Anthony, the owner, was honest and upfront from the very beginning as we were debating various options. He was extremely responsive to any questions. We were replacing a traditional tank with a tankless water heater. There was also a lot of piping that needed to be redone as well. The team of Justin, Jake, and Anthony was great. They worked hard all day and got the job done. Showed up early in the morning on time. Nice, clean job. Nick also came by to inspect and service the HVACs and he was also great very comprehensive. The front desk staff is also very helpful, namely Samantha and Nancy. Would highly recommend this company. I think we’ve found our go-to in the plumbing and HVAC dept.
