He really took his time to educate me so I could make a proper decision on what faucet to choose and how I wanted to go about fixing my drain. I would highly recommend this company. From the beginning, they were very responsive. I was able to set up for a technician to come out the following day. Communication was great; a confirmation email was sent the night before, and a text message was sent when the technician was on his way to the house. Nick was the technician who showed up and was very knowledgeable. He provided a solution to our hot water heater back drafting into the house, as well as insights into other issues we were unaware of. The steps to correct these issues were explained in an easily understandable manner and the reason they would need to be corrected. In my experience, it's a great business that has always been honest, reasonably priced, and responsive with us. We've used them a number of times and they've always stood by their work. They made every effort to help get the best for us, and Anthony even reached out himself to make sure we got what we needed/wanted (including the financing). This time, however, it was even more appreciated because I was traveling out of the country. They made sure my family was taken care of while I was unable. Thank you Nick and all! Read Less
